We collect only the information needed to prepare your estate documents and operate your account: identity details, contact information, asset and beneficiary information you provide, and payment records. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, is never sold, and is shared only with the legal professionals preparing your documents and the service providers that operate the platform (payments, document storage, email delivery).
You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@mygreencourage.com. Executed estate documents may be retained where law or your executors' duties require it.
Green Courage Global provides document preparation, secure storage and advisory services. Access to will preparation requires an annual subscription of ₦10,000. Your will becomes legally effective only when properly executed — reviewed, signed by you, and witnessed as required by applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. Marketplace purchases are subject to the listed seller's fulfilment; payments are processed by Paystack.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Nigerian law governs these terms.
